We welcome the warm weather here at the Pantry and are glad that we can try out some lighter dishes on the menu that will compliment the weather.

We are are very exited this week to find a supply of fresh burratta which is a fantastic mozzarella made in Italy this cheese is a real treat. Created in the traditional manner but filled with cream before the brining process which makes for the most delicious melting centre when you cut into it.

We have paired this we some fantastic English heritage tomatoes, basil and Suffolk rapseed oil. All this dish needs is a twist of cracked black peppercorns.

In addition to the burratta we have some fantastic fresh halibut which is served with ribbons of carrot and courgettes with a garlic and cherry tomato butter sauce.
