Don’t forget The Pantry is open three evenings a week serving fabulous specials in addition to our a la carte menu. This weekend, for the fish lovers we have pan fried salmon steak served with an aubergine caponata, or grilled skate wing with a heritage tomato and basil butter sauce. We wouldn’t leave out the meat eaters; who can enjoy a braised lamb shank with a butter bean mash and a red wine and rosemary jus.
