All though we haven’t had much of a winter this year, we are pleased to see spring return.  We are happy to now offer some new lighter dishes to the menu as well as a bit more focus on fish during the evenings and a few new tapas dishes to compliment our ever changing cocktail list and wine menu.

Vince and his team have given into the demands of the local healthy regulars and created a new salmon superfood salad which has become very popular already.  The dish is lightly dressed with a dill, lemon and caper vinaigrette and includes, roasted squash, quinoa, tomatoes, peppers, beetroot, olives and pumpkins seeds.  The dish will be offered as a main with pan fried salmon or a starter with our fantastic Bottisham Kiln roast salmon as well as our usual offering of griddled chicken or Halloumi.
