Roasted wood Pigeon breast, artichoke puree, blackberry sauce and bacon crumb

Butternut squash arancini, toasted pumpkin seed, mozzarella and aioli

 

Mains

Ballotine of Norfolk turkey with cranberry sauce, sage stuffing, pigs in blankets, duck fat potatoes and baby carrots

Wild mushroom and Gruyere pithivier with lovage emulsion, pickled girolle and roasted parsnips

Duck breast with confit leg sausage roll, black cherry sauce, pomme puree and maple glazed sprouts

Cod en papillote with new potatoes, samphire, clams and suffolk chorizo

 

Desserts

Mulled apple crumble with cinnamon, star anise and pouring cream

Nan’s baked Rice with a ginger biscuit and nutmeg

Christmas pudding, brandy soaked fruits and whipped rum cream
