We are excited to announce this years Mother’s Day offering at The Pantry….

You can start the day with a decadent Sparkling Brunch, which includes everything you could want from a weekend brunch on such a special occasion! Prossecco with your Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs, Bloody Mary with your Eggs Benedict? YES PLEASE!!! Eggs benedict with Fordham ham
Pantry breakfast with free range egg, Suffolk bacon, Musk’s sausage, black pudding,
grilled tomato, mushroom and toast
Vegetarian breakfast with roast beetroot, mushroom, cherry tomato, potato,
scrambled egg and toast
Exning smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and toast
Crushed avocado on toasted ciabatta with grilled tomato and sriracha chilli dressing

Mother’s Day Lunch menu

Our Head Chef Darryl has put together a delicious set menu for you to enjoy on Mother’s Day, including our two most popular roasts, slow cooked pork and sirloin of Suffolk beef.

Keeping the little ones happy… because then mum can really relax! We have a children’s menu to suit all little one and also do mini versions of the roasts.

Duck liver pate with cornichons and toasted ciabatta
Prawns with cherry tomato and garlic sauce with toasted focaccia
Roasted butternut squash salad with olives and avocado

Main Course

Shoulder of pork with roast potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, roast parsnips, pork sauce and apple puree
Hake fillet with halibut velouté, cockles and samphire
Butternut squash and gruyere pithivier with chestnut sauce and tender stem broccoli
Roast sirloin of beef with roast potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, roast parsnips, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus +£2 supplement


Lemon tart with creme fraiche
Custard panna cotta with roasted Yorkshire rhubarb and shortbread
Triple chocolate brownie with gold medal vanilla ice cream
